Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using A7 Flow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this Service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Account Registration
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and API keys.
- Accounts are intended for individual businesses. Sharing credentials across multiple distinct businesses is prohibited.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
Subscription & Payment
Free Trial & Plans
New accounts may be eligible for a limited Free Trial. Upon expiration, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue accessing premium features.
Methods: We accept BaridiMob, PayPal, and Bank Transfer.
Refunds & Cancellation
No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable for partial months of service, unless caused by a critical failure of our platform.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use A7 Flow only for lawful purposes. You represent and warrant that:
- You have obtained necessary consent from your end-customers to process their data (GDPR/Compliance).
- You will not use the platform for fraudulent orders, spamming, or selling illegal products.
- You will keep your API Keys (ZRExpress, Guepex, Meta, Shopify) secure and not share them with unauthorized parties.
- You will not attempt to reverse engineer, clone, or resell access to the A7 Flow platform.
Third-Party Integrations
A7 Flow acts as an intermediary interface. We are not responsible for the performance or policies of third-party services.
- Delivery: Delays, lost parcels, or API failures by ZRExpress or Guepex are outside our control.
- Platforms: You must comply with the Terms of Service of Shopify, YouCan, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google.
- Downtime: We are not liable if a third-party API goes offline.
Intellectual Property
A7 Flow owns all rights, title, and interest in the software, design, and code. You retain full ownership of your business data (orders, customers, products). You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service.
Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures (encryption, HTTPS) to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Service Availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to suspend the Service for scheduled maintenance (announced in advance) or emergency repairs. We are not liable for lost revenue due to downtime.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A7 Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Cap on Liability: In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the past twelve (12) months.
Termination
By User: You may cancel your account at any time via settings. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for non-payment.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email 30 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Algeria. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Algiers.
